Why Be Mindful?
Mindfulness is a simple practice of being consciously present in every moment, in an open, kind and non judgemental way; to our thoughts, physical sensations and felt emotions.
Mindfulness crept into my life about twelve years ago after I completed a Mindfulness Based Reduction for Stress Course [MBSR], offered by my workplace, a Hospice.
